In this paper, the development of traffic control framework of intelligent service can store and control large capacity traffic, status, video and image from LTE terminal at cloud environment and to give effective retrieval and analysis based on MapReduce as API and to develop applications upon users" request and give services and to make design of the system. Also, a vehicle’s LTE gateway terminal can collect data of vehicles to transmit it to control system at remote place and to receive data from control system, and it consists of CAN communication system, Bluetooth AP for communication with Bluetooth inside the vehicles, and wireless AP for communication with WiFi devices.
