In this study, the aged rural housing policy suggestions for the reduction of energy were performed. For this purpose, technical reports and expert interviews were conducted, and it is reviewed on ways to improve the thermal performance of the houses and to supply cheap heating fuel.
Firstly, various support projects, one can be promoted to the village level or individual housing units, showed a lack of incentives to induce them. Secondly, it is short of incentives and green building technologies for the aged rural housing.
In order to provide rural housing and energy-saving improvements this point, it is proposed that the subsidy program should reflect the characteristics of rural areas and improvement of relevant standards should be promoted in conjunction with the development of technologies related to green construction.
