By the ?Act on the Construction of the Ubiquitous City? legislated in 2008, the "Ubiquitous Urban Planning" has to be established before carrying out a public works concerning U-City in the district.
The purpose of this paper is to develop a linkage-guideline for referring to when the contents of "Ubiquitous Urban Plan" are intended to be reflected in the "Urban Master Plan" defined by the ?Act on the National territory Plan and Use?.
For achieving this goal, we derived the common items connected by two acts and suggested the proposal for the linkage-guideline which is composed with the general provisions, the basic rules for connection, the establishment standard for sectional planning and the considerations during planning.
This proposal can be applied when a local government is going to establish the "Urban Master Plan" reflecting the "Ubiquitous Urban Plan". By so doing, it is expected to prevent an overlapping building of infrastructures and to create a convergence effect of "ICT" and "Construction".
