The purpose of this study is to suggest intelligent services in a bedroom which can help the elderly living alone to reduce their sense of isolation through deducing the psychological factors and emotional desires in response to the sense of isolation. This study is conducted by the method, literature review. The results of this study were as follows. Firstly, the sense of isolation of the elderly living alone was come from shortages of individual and social relationships. Secondly, the intelligent services which can be suggested for their sense of isolation were classified by 6 factors such as ‘activity of making money, communication, entertainment, supporting psychology, physical troubles and health, and supporting housework’.
