Throughout this research, by prior studying, we have looked into the concept and significance of the indoor-spatial plans of apartment buildings through residents’ participation and types of residential participation ways. And since the late 1990s, we have investigated the problems and development process by the analysis of precedents and patterns of domesticated architectural companies. Moreover analyzing variable properties of inner spaces in apartment houses, we have sought solutions, which could be applied actively to interior plans with classified full details and consultant check list. There are three kinds of check lists, which are check lists for demanded residental environment of occupants, check lists for Home-Styling, and check lists for each room. And followings are their contexts. In the check lists for demanded residental environment, we have itemized basic plane deformation features, such as the number and the structure of rooms and whether extended balconies or not depending on the residental families size. In the next, we have got residents to choose their preference Home-Styling followed by setting of inner atmosphere and main colors which have allowed them to pick door sets, dustcloth booth, moldings, and finishing and color of the furniture. In the last, by choosing for finishing materials of each room’s bottom, ceiling, and wall and for furniture, we have made the system embrace the demands of residents. Development of these check lists would reduce trials and errors through harmonious communications when some experts and non-experts have individual counsels as an active participant way; would boost and contribute to occupant’s participant by reflecting opinions and demands of residents effectively; would adapt the data for practical referencing materials which could be helpful to satisfying business progress for both occupants and provides; and as being constructed, would make a great contribution to energization of residents’ participating indoor-environmental planning.
