Contemporary restaurants and bars wants to meet an individual’s emotional stimulated appetite by new visual and spatial pleasure with practical purposes as the ability to eat and drink. It shows that space of contemporary restaurants and bars sets s high value on environmental factors around product besides food. Kineticism Spatial Expression in contemporary restaurants and bars is interrelated in an individual’s emotional stimulation satisfy, meaning of space that causes social activity, place enjoy the experience of space and providing extraordinary experiences. Accordingly, the purpose of this study is to research and analyze Kineticism Expression Characteristics appeared in Interior of contemporary restaurants and bars after the 2000s.
