This paper aims to replace physical limits and come up with the possibility through new paradigm of natural science. The space in the 21st century is hard to specify with the word of extension (measurable feature of objects such as physical length, width etc) or mere material reality of physical boundary. The objective of this paper is to present the biological / ecological paradigm, which is established by the interrelationship as a limited alternative to the mechanism of existing space which has maintained hegemony, for centuries, with the structure of tautology and reductive way of thinking. The space built by these relationships affects only the external formal logic between the perimeter and the space, and therefore has the relational discontinuity with the variables occurring in the internal space. Accordingly, the recognition that objective criteria in the framework through biological paradigm is needed for the relational syntax structure is the basis for this research. It was suggested that the spatial design based on the biological paradigm forms an empirical and qualitative space which can overcome the limitation of the existing static spatial structure which takes a speculative position.
