As a demand of indoor health and comfort according to nation-wide social transition and enhancement of customers’ level of consciousness is growing, environmental-friendly housing comes to settling down not as a choice but as a necessary element. Building materials which have been used until now lack specifications of definition & establishment of eco-friendly elements.
Therefore, this research aims to examine the changes and current situation of proper environmental-friendly materials & functional interior materials and to provide continuous development of related companies and diverse range applicable remedies. Also, the popularization of indoor finishing materials of clean health house is likely to proceed, in my opinion, favorably as customers’ awareness is getting stable as much as they accept a rise in price due to the use of environmental-friendly materials along with quantitative eco-friendly performance evaluation to exploit the use of these products.
