Space consists of existing matters (materials) and non-material matter (concepts).A variety of modern architecture spaces have their vitality by combining new materials with technology based on the designers" concepts. Together with ideas or emotions instead of superficial concepts from the nature, materials reveal their intrinsic properties and build concrete spaces. The concept of space is an integrated environment associated with the quality of human life. Therefore, it should be understood in the "holistic view" by combining with human activities. Space should be defined as a systematic concept in which every complicated level was organized as a hierarchy, while it is a physical substance. Physical materiality are not only elements or physical substances of space, but also relational media that reflect the context of their surroundings. The concept of physical materiality has continuously changed for last several centuries, and includes possibilities of evolutionary implementation. In this study, we suggested possibilities of spaces implemented by physical properties that materials have had in the past and digital materiality that have different properties by parameters.
