Supply of architect and the estimation of the design fee are foundation which forming architectural culture of one nation. On the mutual certification of architectural design office or architect license, except in the case of NAFTA and EU which already reached bilateral agreement because they have similar operating system, each nation in the world have much difficulty in bilateral agreement because they have different operating system between them. WTO has devolved eliminating trade barriers of architectural design services business and setting clear criteria to Institute of Architects in order to solve this problem, PPC(Professional Practice Commission) of UIA create the mutual certification criteria of architect license. In 1993 to 1996 drafted a constitution and brought up for conference in 1996, have adopted UIA international standard for architectural professional practice at Beijing meeting in 1999 and Berlin general assembly in 2002.
China took effect architect system for the first time in 1995 which was 30 years later than Korea, additionally they implemented with accreditation system for architectural education so that China have architect supply system for mutual authentication of the architect license by recommendation of UIA. This study research architectural education, supply of architect and estimating of design fee of China, provide a objective data for architectural education of university, supply system of architect and estimating of design fee of R.O.K.
