This study focuses on finding factors which should be investigated for Urbanized Fishing Village Control System. The purpose is to build and generalize the survey method with the case of Cheongsapo where is a kind of Urbanized Fishing Village. The survey was conducted with 100 visitors and 100 residents.
The results are as follows. First, the survey item should be related with in accordance with types of Maeulmandeulgi which varies with resident’s participation. Second, multidirectional approaches are needed because Urbanized Fishing Village has dual-function of a city and fishing village. Third, proper observation should be conducted when a survey is not enough to get objective data. Lastly, numerical value can be used in making survey questions for getting exact data. These data is needed not only for planning but also for post evaluation.
