In this paper, we introduce a development of mobile application package for providing information on air quality and entire service system of it. Based on user model, the system make it a goal to provide a user oriented information providing adapted information of air quality. And devising a visualization method for rendering massive information of air quality in 3D virtual space, we consider more intuitive way to provide information than traditional method of using 2D texture map or text.
