The proposal of this study is to investigate the relationship between expectations, organizational trust and intentions to cooperate of PE majors for the 2014 Incheon Asian Games. For this purpose, the total of 242 persons were used for data using convenience sampling after population selected for PE majors. This study used frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis using statistical techniques of SPSSWIN 18.0. Such a same procedure, the following conclusions were drawn. First, the PE majors expectations for the 2014 Incheon Asian Games affects organizational trust. Second, the PE majors expectations for the 2014 lncheon Asian Games affects intentions to cooperate. Third, the organizational trust of PE majors for the 2014 Incheon Asian Games affects partially intentions to cooperate.
