This study aims to provide fundamental data for expanding base and improving the quality of life by verifying the effects on leisure identity and Psychological Well-Being by Yoga participants’ athletic flow. To achieve this goal, this study targeted on Yoga trainees in Yoga training center located in Kangwondo and collected 250 by using convenience sampling method After the survey, total 229 questionnaires are used to the actual analysis. To verify validity of a scale, suitability of study model and reliability, CFA(confirmatory factor analysis) are used and Cronbach’s a-value is calculated. In order to verify the suitability of study model, this study conducted Frequency analysis, Correlation Analysis and Multiple Regression by using SPSS Windows ver 18.0. The followings are deducted results. First, athletic flow has a positive effect on leisure identity. Athletic flow contributes to improving the level of subordinating factors - respect and emotional attachment. Second, athletic flow also has a positive effect on psychological well-being. To be more specific, the subordinating factors - cognitive flow - influenced to environment dominance and aim of life while athletic flow influenced to self-acceptance and personal growth. So, it can say that athletic flow contributes to improving psychological well-being. third, this study shows that leisure identity has a positive effect to psychological well-being. Concretely, it influences only to respect among the subordinating factors - respect and emotional attachment.
