The purpose of this study is to suggest the employment measures by types of disability, through the comprehensive review of the attributes associated with the employment, and the listening to experts" opinions. In particular, the same statistical data analysis and survey using the template in the employment environment and the desire enabled this study to analyze the relative position by types of disability. And we could suggest more required employment measures by types.
This study suggests the ways of attracting economically inactive population into the labor market, the ways of enticing a vulnerable human capital improvement plan, and ultimately improve the quality of jobs for the physical disability. For the disabilities of inner parts of the body for example kidney dysfunction, cardiac dysfunction, respiratory dysfunction, it suggests the ways of ensuring the medical benefits during the job, and the ways of helping get back to his former office. For the brain lesion, mental disorder, facial disfigurement, epilepsy, it suggests the ways of resolving the prejudices of society including appropriate career development. For the visual disability, hearing disability, speech disability, mental retardation, autistic disorder, it suggested the ways of enhancing the employment management.
