수부에 발생한 석회화 건염은 매우 드문 질환이다. 저자들은 수부의 단무지 외전건의 급성 석회화 건염 2예를 경험하였다. 환자들은 중수지관절 요측에 통증, 부종 및 홍반이 있었다. 저자들은 초음파하에 흡입술 및 스테로이드 국소주사를 시행하였으며 석고 고정술을 시행하였다. 증상이 호전되었으며 좋은 결과를 얻어 저자들은 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다.
