The purpose of this study is to improve our former research, planning factors of the housing for the disabled and aged based on the inclusive housing, to respond by people with various severe disabilities. To carry out this purpose, we should process as follow: First, to setting up a framework for study through concept of daily activities and previous study’s result. Second, to establishing the daily activities stream for the movable disabled, and investigate the various severe disabled’s life scene in their housing for previous setting of daily activities. Third, to drawing the housing planning for the severe disabled form the survey’s results. Finally, to suggest incursive housing planning factors for severe disabled though reinterpreting the formulated housing planning for them based on study framework. As an outcome, we could be improved and given the essential factors and flexible factors of inclusive housing planning according to as following contents; electric wheelchair’s storage, unlocking the gate, ceiling-driving lift, shower assist activities space, switch and outlet’s operating, and so on.
