The purpose of this study was to investigate the cause-effect relationship between the leadership style of taekwondo coach theory under the environments of a taekwondo player, and by using such organizational effectiveness as parameters, it is also to identify casualty of the organizational citizenship behaviors in between, so then it will be meaningful to provide these basic reference materials that may be of great use in establishing elevation in result of taekwondo player. Data were analyzed through frequency analysis and exploratory factor analysis using SPSS 15.0, and analyzed through confirmatory factor analysis and covariance structure analysis using AMOS 7.0 program.
Results revealed from these research methods and analyses of data are as follows: First, leadership style of taekwondo coach had significant influences on organizational effectiveness. Second, leadership style of taekwondo coach had not significant influences on organizational citizenship behavior. Third, organizational effectiveness resulted in significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Fourth, customer satisfaction affected purchase behavior significantly. Fifth, direct effect of leadership style of taekwondo coach on the organizational effectiveness was revealed as of .869, and the direct effect of leadership style of taekwondo coach that affected organizational citizenship behavior revealed as .245, and the indirect effect that influenced on organizational citizenship behavior through organizational effectiveness resulted in .531, therefore, total effect was .776, and direct effect of organizational effectiveness on the organizational citizenship behavior was revealed as of .611, variables.
