Report Errors
The purpose of this study in terms of business between vocational training and organizational commitment is that to analyze the impact. This vocational training research on the impact on organizational commitment and thereby seeking to effective job training and business and policy makers is to take advantage of on-site.
Gyeonggi Province as a trainee in training institutions and a survey of 110 people, a result of certification and training satisfaction, organizational commitment appeared to be affecting. Satisfaction, satisfaction with the training certification normative commitment appears to affect the certification training appeared to influence organizational commitment.
