This work is about the questionnaire with 218 social workers in Ulsan region about social worker"s developmental culture, rational culture, and organization performance. Following is the result of the how effect of social worker"s developmental culture, rational culture effect the influence of social welfare organization performance.
FIrst, organization performance seems more positive as the recognition of social worker"s developmental culture and rational culture, and there are big relation between developmental culture, rational culture and social welfare organization performance in the ratio of about .430~.575 and also there is positive(+) relation.
Secondly, ‘establishing long-term plan’, ‘time-limited achievement effort of work among the rational culture factor, and ‘positive encouragement for the conduct of new business’and‘adoption and practice of staff idea’variable among the rational culture factor effect on organization performance at the rate of p<.01. These 4 indicators showed 42.7%(R2=.427) explanation degree of social welfare organization performance.
Thirdly, ‘establishing long-term plan’variable led to the highest indicator influencing organization performance, and next indicators are following: ‘positive encouragement for the conduct of new business’, ‘time-limited achievement effort of work’, ‘adoption and practice of staff idea’
Thus, because developmental culture and rational culture factor play a vital role in enhancing social welfare organization performance, it is primarily requested that the effort of the practical and institutional approach study and adaption is needed to enforce the organizational culture element.
