This study distributed total 300 copies of survey to hotel workers who experienced restructuring in five-star hotels of Busan area from June 10, 2011 to June 30, 2011 and total 278 copies were used for the final analysis.
Frequency analysis, factorial analysis, t-test, and ANOVA were conducted using SPSS 17.0 statistics program. A theoretical significance of this study is that it measured based on limitation of distributive justice, which conforms to the aspect of how fairly restructuring is completed in the process of restructuring in hotel businesses.
The results of empirical analysis and its implications are as follows. Women had higher awareness than men about perception of distributive justice. Those of young age groupㆍelderly age group than middle age group, unmarried person than married person, intern contract position than those who are not, a person with less than 5 years of employment than those who are not, and a person with less than 1 million won of average monthly wage and a person with average monthly wage 4,010,000 to 4,000,000 won than those who are not showed higher awareness about perception of distributive justice. Conflicts between the businesses and the workers can be partially solved by reducing term of intern contract that has unstable percentage of employment, actualizing wage, liberalizing the voluntary leaving of hotel managers, and providing welfare after resignation on the management aspect of hotel workers.
