Prestressed wale have been applied subsequently in various construction site because is excellent in constructability improvement and cost savings than a H-Beam wale. Therefore, the purpose of this study is at least to present the guidelines that by prestressed wale research on the stability and as a result of this process to become more stable process. In addition, by setting the inhomogeneous soil applicability studying the prestressed wale, assumes the interpretation of adverse soft soil conditions is safe. but the result of the study in stability changes due to changes in pre-stress of Share of the load are more effect than the steel. Finally, the stability changes due to changes in the length of wale reviewing wale length greater than 10m in a typical soft ground can cause problems on stable wale. Therefore, the introduction of prestressed wale proper and appropriate to limit the length of steel. it is necessary to be determined through further in-depth research relating to the same general effect it is necessary to establish criteria.
