Emotion is a complex mechanism involving human nervous system and neural network. Expression of emotion is delivered by Somatic nervous System and Autonomic nervous System. Further, signals passing Autonomic nervous System is controlled either by Sympathetic nervous system or by Parasymphathetic nervous system. In this study, eight neurophysiological responses were measured. Measured responses, associated neural path, and interrelationships among responses were analyzed to formulate a set of state space of emotion, Preliminary result showed that analysis of interrelationships among response variables may provide a systematic approach for expanding a state of the art knowledge on emotion.
