결혼이주여성의 가족상담서비스 욕구가 증가하고 있는데 반해,이에 대응할 만한 사회지원체계는 미비한 실정이다.본 연구에서는 결혼이주여성의 가족상담서비스 이용에 영향을 미치는 요인을 밝힘으로써 이들의 가족갈등 및 해체를 예방할 수 있는 방안을 모색하고자 한다.2009년 전국 다문화가족실태조사의 원 자료를 활용하여 결혼이주여성의 소인요인(학력과 거주기간),자원요인(거주지,모국인과의 관계,한국인과의 관계,기타 외국인과의 관계,인터넷 활용도,한국어능력)과 욕구요인(가족관계,자녀수,월평균소득,차별경험)이 가족상담서비스 이용결정에 미치는 영향을 조사하였다.조사결과 거주기간,거주지,모국인과의 관계,기타 외국인과의 관계,한국어능력,시댁과의 관계,자녀수가 주요 요인인 것으로 나타났다.이를 바탕으로 결혼이주여성 대상의 가족상담서비스 활성화 방안을 제안하였다.
This study examines the factors determining family counseling service utilization of internationally married migrant women in terms of predisposing factors, resource factors and need factors according to Andersen and Newman’s Model. As for predisposing factors, we included ‘the level of education’ and ‘the length of residence’ and as resource factors, ‘environmental accessibility,’ ‘area of residence’, ‘informational accessibility.’ ‘relationship with people from the same country.’ ,’relationship with Koreans’, ‘relationship with other foreigners’ , ‘ ability of internet utilization,’ and ‘Korean language ability’ have been included. As for need factors, ‘relationship with spouse,’ ‘relationship with children.’ ‘relationship with husband’s family members’, ‘number of children’, ‘average of monthly income’, and ‘experiences of discrimination’ have been included. As analysis, the raw data of the ‘2009 Nationwide Survey on Multicultural Families’ by Korea Institute for Health and Social Affairs were used and for analysis method, Statistical Analysis techniques and Binary Logistic Analysis were adopted. The result suggested that the shorter length of stay among predisposing factors, the more living in urban area compared to rural-agricultural area or agricultural area, the better relationship with motherland people or foreigners, the better Korean language ability, and the worse relationship with husband family members, the more number of children, the more experiences of discrimination promote the higher possibility of using family counseling service among internationally married migrant women. Based on these results, some of the promoting family counseling service usages of these women and their families.
