This study is to explore a model for successfully introduction and settlement of wage-peak system in local government’s enterprise. The methodology to reach at this study’s purpose was focused on the literature review. The Wage-peak System was introduced to guarantee job security in return for a reduced wage when employees exceed a certain age. We suggested following four strategies for introduction of wage-peak system into local government’s enterprise in this country. Firstly, the company has to develop a new job be able to apply the wage-peak system. Secondly, a desirable wage curve is the ‘slowdown→drop→up’ type or the ‘slowdown→ drop→horizontality’ type. Thirdly, a feasible typology of wage-peak system is the retirement-extension model or the employment-extension model. Finally, a desirable term of retirement-extension is early sixties.
