This paper aims at Ownership of Patents & Strategies In Chungbuk ITㆍBT Companies. Chungbuk IT, BT companies to secure intellectual property rights should be considered as the first point is the rescue effort. Chungbuk, according to survey results, most firms are aware of the importance of intellectual property. However, competitive advantages by securing intellectual property rights that have been investigated as relatively poor results. Therefore, Chungbuk provincial governments IT, BT companies to be competitive, highest priority to pursue policies are as follows.
First, to target local companies about the importance of intellectual property rights must be preceded by training. These training customized to the local industry, need to be implemented on demand. And based on it is expected that consultation should involve.
Second, Chungbuk support of local government policies related to short-term policies and middle & long-term policy is necessary to conduct sensitive. Chungbuk province because of the associated intellectual property rights against the needs of small businesses in terms of sympathy, but let"s consider because insufficient effort. Therefore, the rescue effort in the short term for the various training companies and the push is expected that emphasis. Middle and long-term term “middle & long-term master plan, Chungbuk Local Intellectual Property” should be promoted based on a comprehensive policy that is judged. In particular, the United States in domestic intellectual property, EU and other countries aimed at securing an international intellectual property rights is expected that efforts should be continued.
Acquisitions intellectual property rights of companies very important for global competitiveness. In particular, IT and BT sector in accordance with international standards in the world are produced and marketed in the securing of intellectual property rights are more important.
Therefore, a success planning force to secure intellectual property rights to advancement in quality efforts to draw their own efforts are very important. In this respect, Chungbuk local government"s policy is a need to pursue it.
