According to rising oil price highly, energy saving and reducing carbon emission are getting more important. Especially, building energy saving is focused on and various building certifications are being implemented to promote it. But, similar process between certifications are repeated and it is the cause for wasting time and money on design stage, so it need to extract common process and integrate programs. On this study, after common processes between green home rating and building energy efficiency rating, they were applied on building energy efficiency rating program, so the program integrated green home rating and building energy efficiency rating into was developed. it has only 0.1% deference to existing rated buildings.
