In this paper, we proposed an identification of success factor for e-learning system. When the developers construct e-learning system, it is very important of them to know what the factor influence to other factor in e-learning system and what is their relationships. For this paper we consider about the relationships between the factors; actors, learners, system memory, H/W and S/W resources, and so on.
