The purpose of this study was to clarify the effects of the administration BCAA medication and jump training on the gastrocnemius of the rats.
5-week old twenty-one male Wister-Kyoto (WKY) rats were randomly divided into three groups: does not training (control group, n=7); administering water orally 30 minutes before training (water group, n=7); administering BCAA orally 30 minutes before training (BCAA group, n=7). All rats were fed with the same amount of food intake and allowed free access to tap water.
It was admitted that the Control group in which change of temporal weight has not trained increased from both the groups of a Water group and a BCAA group that trained intentionally (p<.05). The place which compared the photograph of three groups and the first change has checked was a mitochondria It has observed that the number of the mitochondrias of a BCAA group and Christie’s development were more nearly intentionally [than a Control group and a Water group] developed also in it. In the BCAA ingestion group, Z belt and M line have photoed the muscular fiber firmly deeply from the Control group and the Water group.
There were also many Water groups more nearly intentionally than a Control group, and they have observed the number of mitochondrias, and cristaes development as developed. BCAA improved the activity of the mitochondria and making density of a muscular fiber high was suggested. Moreover, bringing about an effect also in instantaneous power and the Power game was suggested.
