This survey is to experiment and have a knowledge regarding the effects on blood pressure, heart rate, and lactic acid in university soccer players having shuttle run training before and after beverage ingestion. The experiment has taken place to first eight top university soccer players in S university in W province and three times in a low. Water the first time, Sports drink the second time, and Milk the third time. The consequent analysis of this experiment on heart rate, blood pressure, and lactic acid is versatile in different categorized experiment. Drinking water and milk caused a fast recovery time in systolic blood pressure and drinking milk 2 hours prior to the exercise caused a faster recovery time in diastolic blood pressure rather than taking Sports drink. Moreover, milk ingestion had a result of quick recovery period in mean arterial pressure. Water and milk ingestion right before the exercise concluded a fast recovery period. Drinking water, Sports drink, and milk did not have pretty much difference of heart rate in entire recovery times no matter when the experiment took a place, in 2 hours prior to the exercise, right before and right after the exercise, 5 minutes recovery, 10 minutes recovery, and a quarter hour recovery. Furthermore, the same consequence applied to the category, lactic acid. The result of this experiment to the university soccer players having shuttle run training before and after beverage ingestion showed that water has the highest effect, milk and sports drink respectively, on recovery of systolic blood pressure, diastolic blood pressure, pulse-pressure, heart rate, and lactic acid.
Therefore, in order to increase and maximize fatigue recovery ability by university soccer players’ beverage ingestion, sports players are recommended to drink water when having exercise and sports matches as water has the highest effective result among those three, water, sports dink, and milk.
