The purpose of the study was to examine the moderated effects of service leadership through relationship between trasformational leadership and job performance of assitant leaders of taekwoon do places. In order to achive this purpose three esearch questions were established. Participants for this study were 310 assitant leaders. Of participations valid data were 279. They completed a modified inventory of transformation leadership, service leadership, and job performance.
Hopothesis Ⅰ was supported to optimal moderated effects of service belief between trasformational leadeship and job performance of assitant leaders of taekwoon do places.
Hopothesis Ⅱ was supported to optimal moderated effects of service reliability between trasformational leadeship and job performance of assitant leaders of taekwoon do places.
Hopothesis Ⅲ was supported to optimal moderated effects of service ability between trasformational leadeship and job performance of assitant leaders of taekwoon do places.
Hopothesis Ⅳ was supported to optimal moderated effects of self-control ability between trasformational leadeship and job performance of assitant leaders of taekwoon do places.
