One of the ideal life is living in the world of self-realization. The self-realization is wisdom that truly knows and sees one’s own existence and reality. It denotes that one gets the eyes of wisdom which can penetrate the true reality of all things. This paper reveals an ideal life that the realized who accept to a self-realization is a freedom to enjoy himself. This paper is intended to analyze of Buddhist text in verse recorded in “Byeoksongdangyarosong” by Byeoksong Jieom who succeeded to the lineage of Zen Buddhist in Joseon Dynasty period and left a Buddhist hymn from the standpoint of Zen Buddhist in order to understand an ideal Life. In the “Byeoksongdangyarosong” text in verse Jieom is that the realized who achived a self-realization enjoy to life of ideal. First, that we see or hear in everyday life, it is the one’ own original nature. Second, when you accept the self-realization that the true reality of all things is the one’ own original nature, you can be a freedom to enjoy yourself. However, the ideal life does not take place in the post world. Because of anyone can not leave in the world. The ideal life takes place in everyday life. However, the ideal life seems to not good in everyday life. But the ideal life that we want to pursue may be a human life.
