Objective: The aim of this study is to investigate the Comparative Analysis on the Biomechanical Factors between Barefoot and Barefoot Shoes. Background: Throughout the rest of the 20th century, a number of prominent professional runners threw off their shoes in favour of running barefoot but, even at the beginning of the 21st century, the style remained on the fringe of a larger running community. Method: The subjects 10 male(mean height: 173.9±5.4 cm, mean body mass: 69.4±5.6 kg, mean age 22.9±4.1 yrs.). All subjects were free of lower extremity pain, history of serious injuries or operative treatment or subjective symptoms interfering with walking or sport activities. 4 shoes type(Normal(barefoot shoes), Type 1, 2, 3(Control Average) and Barefoot. Each cast shoe was worn measuring both running and walking high speed camera, Walking foot pressure. Results: Ankle angle : Normal, and a similar trend Barefoot(walking), Foot Pressure : Barefoot shoes, Contact area increases in forefoot, lateral midfoot, rearfoot in comparision of control average. However, maximum force, peak pressure and maximum mean pressure decreases in all pressure in comparision of control average. Conclusion: This study indicated that the normal(barefoot shoes) had an effect on reducing maximum pressure, peak pressure and maximum mean pressure. Also, Can provide increase contact area and better comfort.
