The Purpose of this study is to investigate the structural relationship between the organizational structure and hotel accounting system"s quality and to verify the effect of a quality variable in such a hotel organizational structure. The study chooses to investigate it Decentralization and Interdependency in Organizational structure. For the questionnaire study survey in this study, 250 questionnaires of hotels were distributed to sampled special class sightseeing hotels in Seoul. The results of the study can be summarized as follows: First, Hypothesis that departmental decentralization at hotel will have a significant effect on hotel accounting system quality, information quality and service quality shows a positive correlation as a result of verification on the hypothesis. Second, Hypothesis that departmental interdependency at hotel will have a significant effect on hotel accounting system quality, information quality and service quality shows a positive correlation as a result of verification on the hyp othesis.
