The essence of science is to investigate the truth that appears on the world of creation. However, science based on secular views has different "truths" from the science based on Christian views; Christian scholars claim "creation from nothing"(creatio ex nihilo). On the other hand, it is hard to simply group each and every study/science into just two groups; Christian and secular. It is not even necessary, as every rightful study is performed under God"s Common Grace. However, God"s Common Grace does not always appear as a good nature
to humanity. Studies that examine the values in the world of God"s creation do not only have natural but also supernatural characteristics. And when a study focuses merely on the physical values of the world and fails to study spiritual values to reveal the glory of God, this is
called the secularization of science. To overcome the problem of the secularization of science, we need to build a Christian paradigm. To construct the paradigm and the Christian basic in theology means to establish the Christian World-view. This is important because world-views of a scholar usually affects his/her scholastic studies. Scholastic studies and science search for the truth that appears on the surface of the world of creation. However, scholastic studies can have different results depending on its foundation and the point of view. The foundations and the point of views come prior to a scholastic study, and they have a great effect on the result of the studies. Therefore, in order to construct the paradigm needed for Christian scholastic studies, it is important to be able to criticize the wrong,
secularized world views, but instead, establish a proper christian view of the world.
