We perform systematic analysis and interpretation upon the variation types and the Grammar errors types in Chinese syntactic passives to take interlanguage theory as the guidance and based on HSK dynamic composition corpus. The quantitative statistics show that the primary variation types are “被 (bei)” being omitted and superfluous and misuse. The qualitative analysis show that the primary Grammar errors types is syntactical error.
