Recently, the multicultural family increasing suddenly embraces. And the question is the Korean capability improvement of the children. The Korean expressive power is due to reach the comprehensive effect on the study achievement, interpersonal relationship, social life, and etc. In that point, the Korean ability of using is not limited to the person of the children in the multicultural family. It is most likely to be diffused to the problem of the multicultural family and our society.
In this research, the Korean language education method of the speaking and the writing were devised in order to improve the expressive power of the lower grades of primary school children in the multicultural family. It may have an effect decisively when this time is comprised the foundation of the Korean proficiency of the child and the linguistic competitiveness is increased.
In this paper, the utterance training and by stage reading training, activation of the questioning method, 3 step language actual training method, and etc. in order to develop the speaking capability of the children in the multicultural family. Next, to the dictation training is intensified for the improvement of the writing capability considering Korean home children and other specificity and master the vocabulary application and component of sentence the method of inappropriate selection of vocabulary, and etc needs to be appropriately attempted.
Besides, the writing capability of the lower grades of primary school childrens in the multicultural family will be able to be developed if the sentence expansion training and storytelling, and etc. is utilized. The childrens in the multicultural family have to overcome the problem realistic like the preconception of the Korean society which they oneself is confronted and prejudice. If the Korean expressive power of the speaking and the writing can be developed, the learning ability of the learner is enhanced on the other hands, the harmonious interpersonal relationship is made possible. By linking after Korean training the school and home the start which brings the interest of the learner continuously and demonstrates the latent faculties can be prepared. In conclusion, the Korean proficiency improvement of the children in the multicultural family can provide the real problem and surrounding them main threads of an affair solving the difficulty. In addition, the motivation and power can be provided in order to reach their hopes and future.
