This study was conducted to investigate the factors which have influence on the choice and satisfaction of using environment-friendly agricultural products for school food service in capital region area. The nutritionists feel were analyzed and the difference between the importance and satisfaction level of these factors was understood and by doing so we were to provide basic materials for expanded use of environment-friendly agricultural products in school meals and the safety and qualitative enhancement of school meals and for environment-friendly agricultural products to food product businesses and the results are like the following. As the result of analysis on importance, the safety, the degree of freshness and hygiene of food appeared to be high, and taste or butward appearance which is judged subjectively appeared to be relatively low. As the result of analysis on satisfaction level, the environment-friendliness, nutritional value and safety of food appeared to be high and the degree of freshness and outward appearance appeared to be relatively not satisfactory. In the difference between the importance and satisfaction level, generally the score of satisfaction level appeared to be low compared to the importance. The factors in which the importance and satisfaction level all appeared high are found to be the safety and environment-friendliness which are the attributes of environment-friendly agricultural products and it is thought that these factors should be continuously maintained.
