The purpose of this study is to highlight the relations among professional stress, self-efficacy and job commitment found in "K"Airline Flight Attendants, to find ways for better and efficient countermeasures and to seek improvements in individual job commitment through boosted self-efficacies. Result from the analysis on the influence of professional factor on self-efficacy, profession related factor (β=O.250) which is a factor of professional stress proved to have a negative(-) direction influence on sense of challenge and personnel related factors (β=,179) presented a negative(-) direction influence on self-control as well, Personnel related factors(β =.190) as well as professional environment factor (β=.210) showed negative(-) direction influences on self-confidence. The professional stress that have negative(-) direction influence on self-confidence turned out to be the professional environment related factors. Among the self-efficacy factors, self-control (β=.355) was found to be having a positive(+) direction influence on Job commitment, Self-confidence (β=,225) also proved to have a positive(+) direction influence on job commitment. The factor of self-efficacies that have the most positive(+) influences on job commitment turned out to be self-control factor.
