This work is about the questionaire with 218 social workers in Ulsan region about social worker"s ethical behavior, organizational culture, and organization effectiveness. Following is the result of the how mediating effect of organizational culture affect the influence of social worker"s ethical behavior between organization effectiveness.
First, organization effectiveness seems more positive as the recognition of social worker"s ethical behavior and organizational culture, and the social worker"s ethical behaviors is higher in that there are big relation between organizational culture, organizational culture and organization effectiveness in the ratio of about .575-.616 and also there is positive relation.
Secondly, it seems that there is the partial mediating effect between the social worker"s ethical behavior element of independent fluent and the organization effectiveness of dependent fluent when the organizational culture element of mediating effect is put by the procedure brought up by Baron & Kenny (l986) .
Thirdly, the mediating effect significance is statistically worth at the rate of p<.01. Organizational Culture element"s mediating effects has 45.85% of indirect effect and 54.15% of direct effect on organization effectiveness.
Thus, because enforcing organizational culture factor through the social worker"s ethical behaviors element playa vital mediating role in enhancing organization effectiveness, it is primarily requested that the effort of the practical and various study and adaption is needed to enforce the organizational culture element.
