Shore has been emerged from the necessity of public management due to an increase in the available values and actual profits of application more than before under riding in economicㆍsocialㆍcultural environmental changes. For that reason, the purpose of this study is to provide desirable directions which reinforce an efficient and sustainable management of the country by registering the shore in cadastral records in the future based on the examination of theories and actual condition investigation of the shore. To achieve the research objectives, the research range was limited to the shore, the reference of literature and actual condition investigation were used as research methods, and a descriptive and comparative analysis was applied. Conclusion of the study is as follows;
First, the general reasoning of the shore was reviewed in terms of definition and registration. Second, the actual condition investigation of the shore was conducted as a viewpoint of a cause of occurrence, an existing form, and the limits of registration and management. Finally, the directions for the registration of the shore in cadastral records was referred to the standard procedures and considerations in the registration process, the supplementation of a support system for registration, and an integrate management.
