The purpose of this study is to analyze research trend of Japan multicultural education. For this end, I collected articles on multicultural
education through CiNii. Key word entered for collecting is multicultural education. Data related is 736 case. I analyze collecting data in terms of research domain, research subject, and perspective type. The results are as follows. First, category on educational aim has the highest percentage, and teaching method has second percentage. Second, category of raceㆍethnic has highest percentage. Meanwhile minoruty such as sex, the disability, class, religion and sexual minorities has very low percentage. Third, type of human relationship approach has highest percentage in terms of the perspectives of multicultural education that Sleeter & Grant classyfied
