In this study, we performed a preliminary research and investigation about equipment technology for long-life housing. Then the building code for long-life housing and guidelines for green building were analyzed and were matching the equipment technology and system for long-life housing. There were many difficulties for the revitalization of long-life housing due to the increased cost of construction and unsecured the level of technology of expert caused by an impermanent building equipment technology. There are the correlation study and the matching for a realizable way between the equipment technology and guidelines for green building except long-life housing by the green growth fundamental law. And there is concrete form regarding realization way in the building process. However, the fusion of the technology, knowledge and laws in long-life housing still remains unresolved problem. In this study, the relation between long-life equipment technology and the legal system is suggested as that energy related long-life equipment technology respond independently to the legal system but structure, material, maintenance and fire-fighting excluding energy-related one do not. We estimated that long-life equipment technology in the legal system is able to realize not as the introduction of element technology but as the integration of those.
