Informations is an important production factor and strategic resource. Using information resources correctly in indigenous innovation can enhance innovation abilities of the nation and enterprises effectively. It also enhances competitiveness ability, and raises better economic benefits and managerial performances at a strategic level. This paper illustrates the signification and affection of information resources to indigenous innovation, combined data of investigation, and organization behaviour situation, analyzed why information resources are insufficient used in indigenous innovation in China and what the existing problems are. The paper using the models of function relation to analyze influence factors of adoption information resources, and enterprises’ attitudes to adopt information resources. Then point out how information resources promote technology innovation, and its effects and mechanisms. Finally, the paper has a simulation analysis about relationship between input of information resources management and output of technology innovation profits.
