The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between entrance examination stress, burnout, anger and depression of physical education major applicants. Data was collected using convenience sampling in the final analysis a total of 300 questionnaires were used. With the collected data, exploratory factor analysis, Cronbach’s α analysis, frequency analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, correlation analysis, model fit tested, and Structural Equation Model were performed by SPSS 12.0 and AMOS 6.0. The results of the analysis were summarized as follows. First, the entrance examination stress impacts positive(+) influence on burnout of physical education major applicants. Second, the entrance examination stress impacts positive(+) influence on anger of physical education major applicants. Third, the burnout impacts positive(+) influence on depression of physical education major applicants. Fourth, the anger impacts positive(+) influence on depression of physical education major applicants.
