The purpose of this study is to grasp causality between the emotional responses such as negative emotion, acceptability, displeasure, and anxiety caused by the perceived waiting time in customers and the behavioral intentions of using the facilities of University and College sports center.
For this, sample was extracted by using convenience sampling targeting customers of using facilities of University and College sports center in ‘D’ and ‘K’ city and in 2011. Data processing was verified hypothesis by using regression analysis and multiple regression analysis by step.
Accordingly, the waiting and service time of sports center were indicated to have significant effect on emotional response. The emotional response was indicated to have significant influence even upon behavioral intentions.
It was proved that controllability of causal attribution had significant influence on negative emotion but controllability of waiting time had insignificant influence on acceptability. It also was testified that stability had no affections on negative emotion but had significant influence on acceptability.
