New town project in Korea have recently raised many problem. Because it’s result from drastic expansion of redevelopment district. The collective redevelopment that is the subject of this paper, can define as a realistic form of great-sphere unit redevelopment.
With these as basises and on the eariler contemplated previous research, and this method have been such successes in Gyerim, Gwang-Ju. This paper is primarily to emphasize the collective redevelopment. Also, this study analysis what related effects the consistency of workplace and process of collective redevelopment planning have with critical success factors.
