The purpose of this study is to suggest suitable improvement on a physical environment and a business environment of the work facility for the worker and the user. And we can get the following important points as conclusion;
① We suggest suitable improvement on the architectural module and a core form of the work facility which considers on the disabled and the elderly.
② Convenient facilities of the work facility have to be focused a availability better than installation rate.
③ A business environment of the work facility has to be considered characteristics and a human size of the disabled and the elderly.
