Nowadays, the global warning is a issue which can be often seen in mass media. It is already known that increased-CO2 is the reason to cause the global warming. A source of CO2 is vehicle’s exhaust emission. So, many countries try to reduce the CO2 ejected from vehicles. CO2 is directly connected to fuel consumption of vehicle. In other words, the method for reducing fuel consumption must be developed to decrease CO2 of vehicle. For reduction of CO2, Auto-Stop(ISG, Idle Stop&Go) is adopted in some vehicles. But, the fuel consumption reduction is 2% ~ 4% in the vehicle of Europe B company by auto-stop function. This value is within test tolerance due to driving pattern, battery status, and test device variance etc. This means that the measuring devices for fuel economy must be accurate and driving pattern also must be same. But, if measuring devices may be upgrade, the driving pattern is very difficult to be maintained same because driving is performed by a human. In this paper, the simple vehicle modeling is suggested to validate fuel economy effect with small human effect. Although this simulation model cannot depict the detailed driving characteristics such as RPM, throttle position and gear, overall values and trends due to adaptation of auto-stop function can be grasped. So, this model can be used as an assistance tool to determine fuel economy effect from real test data.
