As a social plan for reinforcing history education, there is a method of making the national history subject a requisite in the examination for civil service.
Understanding of one’s own country history is greatly helpful not only to defining the image of a public official based on a proper view of a state but also to formulating and deciding on a national policy. It would be advisable to include the history subject in the examination for teachers.
Also, it’s necessary to diversity the history experience events for the adolescents as a plan for expansion of history-culture experience in link with family, school and district. Such a program would be more effective when it is developed and managed together with teachers. The supporting policy through the development of software for the educational use should be sought. In addition, it might be advisable to come up with the establishment of tourism infrastructure in connection with historical sites and tourist attractions.
Further, it’s necessary for us to cultivate a “history elite” in an effort to reinforce the continued history education. It’s desirable to make it possible for students to enter the college only with their records on history subjects. The government is required to aggressively support the research program and academic events related to history & culture, and to intensify their support of the succeeding generation of learning.
Lastly, the plan for revitalization of the culture centers across the country and intensification of cultivation program of culture interpreters would be contributory to the boosting of the proper awareness of history and cultural level.
